Dope dyed yarn is an environmentally friendly and efficient innovation in the dyeing process.
Instead of the usual piece dyeing, in which the yarn is knitted or weaved first into a fabric, which is then dyed as a whole, dope dyed yarn is the opposite. As the name suggests, the yarn itself is dyed to a pre-selected amount of colours, which are then used to create the desired fabric.
A type of polyester fiber with differen denier (between 1.2 to 2 ) and cutting length of 38 mm, which is called Cotton type fibers because of its similarity to cotton. This type of fiber is one of the best options to combine with cotton and viscose. Therefore, the highest consumption of cotton type fibers is in the spinning industry.
Cotton type fibers can be produced with medium or high strength, depending on the type of consumption.
These types of fibers are used in the yarn spinning industry for the production of industrial and non-industrial clothing, carpet weaving, sensitive filtrations, etc.
